Alma Harmony XL PRO Special Edition NIR is an advanced technology that uses near-infrared radiation to shorten old and produce new collagen fibers. What is Alma Harmony XL PRO NIR?
Thermolifting ALMA NIR is a non-invasive method of lifting the face and body. Advanced technology from Alma Harmony applied to the NIR head uses infrared (IR) light technology with a specially selected wavelength up to 1300 nm. The procedure must be carried out by an aesthetic medicine/cosmetology clinic — experienced in this method cosmetologist in Warsaw welcomes in our salon LE CHARME. Thermolifting: effects and course of treatment
The sapphire NIR head evenly distributes the high temperature in the deep layers of the dermis and adipose tissue. Heating of tissues causes contraction of collagen fibers, which in turn stimulates fibroblasts (cells of the dermis) to produce new collagen and elastin - the building blocks of the skin. The effect of the procedure is immediate densification and tightening of the skin. Its flexibility and structure are also improved.
Thermolifting of the face, neck and décolleté
Thermolifting is most often performed on the face area. The treatment helps rejuvenate the skin. Smoothes fine and deep wrinkles and improves structure and elasticity skin — it becomes more taut, even and smooth. The effect of high temperature also improves blood circulation and therefore also skin tone. A strong stimulation of the production and regeneration of collagen fibers leads to a gradual restructuring of the skin: the effects increase over time, the appearance of the skin even improves.
The treatment is non-invasive and supports other procedures very well. It can help reduce sagging skin, such as drooping cheeks, eyelids or facial oval, and nasolabial folds.
Thermolifting for the abdomen, buttocks and thighs
The infrared radiation used by Alma Harmony XL technology reaches the subcutaneous tissue: adipose tissue — it intensively affects collagen fibers regardless of the treatment area. We can also use infrared light to reduction of flabbiness and elasticity of the skin of the inner thighs, buttocks, abdomen or arms. Together with proper diet and exercise, the treatment helps to shape the figure, reduce cellulite and stretch marks.
We also often subject our hands to the procedure: thermolifting helps to get rid of the signs of aging and improve the appearance of skin damaged, for example, by work or exposure to harmful external factors.
UniFace: radio waves for the face — Warsaw
As the only clinic in Warsaw, we have a UniFace head for the Alma Primex platform, that is, we can use radio waves (RF) on the face area.
UniFace head is designed to carry out firming therapy for the skin of the face, neck and décolleté. After a series of procedures, you can notice a reduction in wrinkles, a slight thinning of scars and an improvement in the oval of the face.
The radio wave with the highest power available acts on the collagen fiber mesh, heating it to a temperature of about 42°C. The massage tip ensures comfort during the procedure and better lymphatic drainage. Warming up the treatment area leads to immediate Decomposition of collagen fibers, which gives the effect of tightening and improving the quality of the skin without damaging the epidermis. The long-term result of the procedure is the stimulation of fibroblasts to produce new collagen and elastin.
Endermolift - endermology of the face, neck and décolleté
Endermolift: LPG head lymphatic drainage is a modern and effective way to improve the condition of the skin of the face, neck and décolleté. The LPG Alliance head stimulates the skin and stimulates the processes occurring in the cells, while not damaging the epidermis. Chin endermology is also very popular, among others, which helps to smooth and firm excess stubborn body fat.
Equipped with special caps, the Endermolift head creates a vacuum and gently lifts the skin, allowing safe and thorough massage. Depending on the needs of the skin and the desired effect, the device performs a series of movements with a properly selected intensity. Vacuum and massage stimulate fibroblasts, which are responsible for the production of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. Thanks to cellular stimulation, the skin becomes firmer, more elastic and smoother.

How is the Alma Harmony XL PRO NIR treatment done?
Before starting the procedure, the cosmetologist conducts a detailed interview with the patient. We exclude contraindications (or confirm them: and propose another, suitable procedure), and also talk about needs and expectations.
The NIR procedure is quick and painless — it does not require local anesthesia. The patient feels only pleasant warmth.
After cleaning the treatment site, we apply a special olive oil to the skin to facilitate the penetration of infrared into the deeper layers of the skin. Thus, we protect the epidermis from burns and prepare the skin for the further impact of elevated temperature. The cosmetologist monitors the temperature on an ongoing basis - it keeps it at the level of 40-42 degrees Celsius. Modern platforms, such as Alma Harmony, are equipped with an advanced cooling system.
After the procedure, slight redness and a feeling of heat may appear, but these symptoms usually subside within a few hours. Mostly, however, the skin looks completely ordinary, and the effects of tightness and tension appear immediately, which is why many people use thermolifting as a banquet procedure.

- Avoid sunbathing and using self-tanners for 2 weeks before the procedure.
- Do not use preparations with retinol and AHA acids a week before the procedure.
- The procedure does not require special preparation on the day of its carrying out.
- Use soothing and moisturizing creams daily.
- Avoid the sun and use creams with SPF 50 throughout the session and for 2 weeks after the last treatment.
- Give up the sauna, hot baths and intense physical exertion for a week after the procedure.
- To enhance the effects of lifting, you can include cosmetics with vitamin C in the care.
How often should I do ALMA HARMONY XL PRO NIR?
The procedure can be performed banquet, before an important exitbecause the effects are immediate. However, it should be borne in mind that for several hours a slight redness and a feeling of heat may persist on the skin (we suggest making an appointment the day before the planned event). However, in order to achieve long-lasting effects, it is worth opting for the full series. We recommend 3—6 thermolifting treatments performed at intervals of 2—4 weeks. The number and frequency of procedures is advised individually by our cosmetologist.
