Privacy Policy

Pursuant to Article 13 of General Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data (OJ 2016, Official Journal of Laws). UE L 119 of 04.05.2016) I inform you that:

1. The administrator of your personal data is Le Charme Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw 00-193, at Stawki 6 lok U3, NIP 5252962184, REGON 525682800.
2. Your personal data will be processed:
   • pursuant to Article 6 (1) (a) of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Parliament and of the Council for the purposes of: marketing of own products and services, contact by telephone and by e-mail;
   • on the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the EU, as necessary for the purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the controller (marketing of own products and services, telephone and e-mail contact);
   • pursuant to Article 6 (1) (c) of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the EU to comply with a legal obligation requiring processing under European Union or Polish law to which the Controller is subject, to the extent that the processing is necessary, including the Accounting Act and the Labour Code;
   • pursuant to Article 6 (1) (e) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council for the establishment, exercise or defence of claims, to the extent that processing is necessary.
3. Your personal data will be processed until you revoke your consent to their processing or cease to be processed for business planning purposes, with the exception of data processed on the basis of Article 6 (1) (c) and Article 6 (1) (f) of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union 2016/679, that is, when the obligation to process them as required by applicable law expires or they cease to be necessary for the establishment, defense or defense of claims.
4. You have the right to request access to personal data from the controller, the right to rectify them, delete or limit processing, the right to withdraw consent, the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
5. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide data results in the impossibility of receiving marketing offers.
6. Pursuant to Article 6 (1) (a) of General Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data (OJ 2016, p. UE L 119 of 04.05.2016) I agree to the processing of my personal data in order to receive marketing offers, telephone and e-mail contact.
