Needle mesotherapy involves performing subcutaneous and intradermal microinjections of hyaluronic acid and vitamins. Composition of the preparation: the nutritional cocktail is selected individually to the patient's problems and the expected result. This non-surgical method of skin regeneration is suitable for all skin types, and we use it all year round. The effects of needle mesotherapy are smoothness, firmness and healthy appearance of the skin. The treatment corrects wrinkles, nourishes and deeply moisturizes the skin, improves its structure and color.
Needle mesotherapy can also be performed on the scalp and other areas of the body to help treat excessive hair loss or reduce stretch marks and scars.
What is needle mesotherapy?
Needle mesotherapy is a non-surgical procedure of aesthetic medicine. It involves the introduction of active substances into the skin with a very thin needle — microtumor of subcutaneous and intradermal tissue. We apply in this way small amounts of hyaluronic acid (non-crosslinked) and cocktails with vitamins A, C and E. Reception in our office LE CHARME cosmetologist in Warsaw adjusts the composition of the preparations to the needs of the patient.
We subject the face, neck, décolleté, as well as the scalp, hands to the procedure and other areas of the body depending on the indications. In the “Price list” tab we have broken down the costs of individual treatments, which can be combined in series (full needle mesotherapy). The price of the procedure depends on the type of preparation used.
Needle mesotherapy of the face, neck and décolleté
We use this method mainly for regeneration and rejuvenation, that is, improving the appearance of the skin.
Needle mesotherapy allows you to firm sagging skin and is an effective anti-wrinkle prevention, as nutrients also reach the deeper layers of the skin. The treatment provides long-lasting results — corrects wrinkles, restores firmness and smoothness of the skin, illuminates it and evens out its color. We can also start therapy with a less invasive method, which is microneedle mesotherapy — controlled microdamages of the skin, which stimulate its repair processes, stimulate the production and synthesis of collagen and elastin.
Needle mesotherapy of the head
Mesotherapy of the scalp replenishes its missing microelements and vitamins. The application of active substances deep into the skin stimulates the natural regeneration processes and strengthens the bulbs. It can thus have a beneficial effect on the inhibition of hair loss and hair growth. Improving the condition of the scalp also contributes to the nutrition of the hair, which translates into a healthier and more beautiful appearance.
Mesotherapy for scars and stretch marks
The procedure of needle mesotherapy is also successfully used on other problem areas of the skin. It helps to reduce not only the signs of aging, but also scars or stretch marks. It can be part of a complex therapy and — in combination with another treatment, e.g. LPG endermology — help to get rid of excess body fat: tone and shape the body.
Needle mesotherapy: contraindications
Needle mesotherapy is one of the most effective natural treatments that allows you to quickly deal with many defects of any type of skin. And since it does not cause hypersensitivity to the sun, we can carry it out all year round. However, this is not a treatment for everyone. Contraindications to needle mesotherapy are pregnancy and lactation, diabetes, cancer diseases or active skin infections, among others.
UniFace: radio waves for the face — Warsaw
As the only clinic in Warsaw, we have a UniFace head for the Alma Primex platform, that is, we can use radio waves (RF) on the face area.
UniFace head is designed to carry out firming therapy for the skin of the face, neck and décolleté. After a series of procedures, you can notice a reduction in wrinkles, a slight thinning of scars and an improvement in the oval of the face.
The radio wave with the highest power available acts on the collagen fiber mesh, heating it to a temperature of about 42°C. The massage tip ensures comfort during the procedure and better lymphatic drainage. Warming up the treatment area leads to immediate Decomposition of collagen fibers, which gives the effect of tightening and improving the quality of the skin without damaging the epidermis. The long-term result of the procedure is the stimulation of fibroblasts to produce new collagen and elastin.
Endermolift - endermology of the face, neck and décolleté
Endermolift: LPG head lymphatic drainage is a modern and effective way to improve the condition of the skin of the face, neck and décolleté. The LPG Alliance head stimulates the skin and stimulates the processes occurring in the cells, while not damaging the epidermis. Chin endermology is also very popular, among others, which helps to smooth and firm excess stubborn body fat.
Equipped with special caps, the Endermolift head creates a vacuum and gently lifts the skin, allowing safe and thorough massage. Depending on the needs of the skin and the desired effect, the device performs a series of movements with a properly selected intensity. Vacuum and massage stimulate fibroblasts, which are responsible for the production of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. Thanks to cellular stimulation, the skin becomes firmer, more elastic and smoother.

How is the needle mesotherapy procedure performed?
1. The treatment begins with Consultation with a cosmetologist. The specialist conducts an interview and excludes contraindications (if the patient does not qualify for the procedure, the cosmetologist advises other forms of therapy). Then he assesses the condition of the skin and selects the appropriate preparation for needle mesotherapy.
2. In the next step, the cosmetologist thoroughly cleanses and disinfects the skin and apply an anesthetic cream to the treatment areawhich provides comfort to the patient. Then, using a thin needle, he injects nutrients into the skin. The procedure lasts about an hour.
3. At the end of the procedure, the cosmetologist protects the patient's skin with a cream with a UV protective filter. Puncture marks disappear in a few hours. However, there may be other natural side effects of needle mesotherapy — slight redness and small bruising that last up to a few days at most.
Rapid recovery after the procedure of needle mesotherapy requires compliance with the recommendations of the cosmetologist, but the patient can usually return to his daily activities on the next day (excluding physical activity for 2—3 days and excessive exposure to the sun for a period of two weeks).

Recommendations before and after the procedure

- Stop drugs that lower blood clotting for 7 days before the procedure (necessarily after consulting a doctor).
- Wait 14 days after the end of the course of antibiotics.
- Give up sunbathing 14 days before the procedure.
- Use a cream with an SPF 50+ filter.
- Maintain hygiene of the treatment area.
- Be sure to hydrate properly (drink at least 2 liters of water per day).
- Do not apply makeup for 12 hours after the procedure.
- Avoid physical activity for 2—3 days.
- Limit sun exposure for 7—14 days.
- Do not use creams with acids and retinoids for 7 days.
- Give up scrubs and waxing for 2 weeks.
How often to perform the mesotherapy procedure?
We recommend doing a series 4 procedures of needle mesotherapy at intervals of 2—3 weeks. After half a year, an additional 2 or 3 treatments should be carried out: sustaining results provided by needle mesotherapy.
The results after 1 treatment are visible, but in order to visibly and permanently rejuvenate the skin or combat excessive hair loss, the procedure must be repeated several times. For several days after mesotherapy, slight redness or bruising may persist on the skin, and recovery requires compliance with the recommendations. The patient must therefore plan his daily activity and care accordingly during the entire therapy.
