LPG Alliance: endermology — what is this method and what is the treatment?
Endermology is an innovative non-invasive method of mechanical stimulation of the skin, which naturally restores and stimulates cell metabolism. To carry out the endermology procedure, we use a device of the French brand LPG, the operation of which is based on Vacuum massage technology. More than 30 years of research and continuous development of LPG have resulted in the latest generation of Endermologie® Alliance equipment, which provides excellent results and is available in our clinic.

Endermology improves circulation and stimulates the production of skin components, thanks to which it accelerates the metabolism of adipose tissue and helps in the reduction of cellulite. Spectacular firming is achieved by stimulating the skin to produce collagen, elastin (firmness, elasticity) and hyaluronic acid (hydration and natural filling).
The endermology machine from the French brand LPG is a special head equipped with a roller and a flap. Sucks skin folds sequentially (16 Hz) — safe even for very flabby, capillary skin prone to irritation. The flap of the head isolates the fatty tissue from the muscle fibers, imitating the thumb of the masseur - it tightens the skin fold, and the mechanized roller simultaneously massages it.

Endermology for the abdomen, buttocks, thighs or arms is performed to improve the condition and firmness of the skin and reduce body fat, swelling and congestion. The treatment works in the case of both compacted and flabby tissue (for example, post-liposuction tummy, areas after liposuction) or fibrous (large cellulite). It excellently supports body shaping, as well as nutrition: skin care. The treatment can also be carried out on other problematic parts. For example, endermology on the widow hump helps to reduce its visibility and supports physiotherapy.
The device is also equipped with smaller heads, with which we work out the face, neck and décolleté. The treatment non-invasively stimulates the skin to produce collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid, thanks to which we achieve the effect of natural filling and hydration of the skin. As the only clinic in Warsaw, we have a UniFace head for the Alma Primex platform, that is, we can use radio waves (RF) on the face area.
UniFace head is designed to carry out firming therapy for the skin of the face, neck and décolleté. After a series of procedures, you can notice a reduction in wrinkles, a slight thinning of scars and an improvement in the oval of the face.
The radio wave with the highest power available acts on the collagen fiber mesh, heating it to a temperature of about 42°C. The massage tip ensures comfort during the procedure and better lymphatic drainage. Warming up the treatment area leads to immediate Decomposition of collagen fibers, which gives the effect of tightening and improving the quality of the skin without damaging the epidermis. The long-term result of the procedure is the stimulation of fibroblasts to produce new collagen and elastin.
Endermolift - endermology of the face, neck and décolleté
Endermolift: LPG head lymphatic drainage is a modern and effective way to improve the condition of the skin of the face, neck and décolleté. The LPG Alliance head stimulates the skin and stimulates the processes occurring in the cells, while not damaging the epidermis. Chin endermology is also very popular, among others, which helps to smooth and firm excess stubborn body fat.
Equipped with special caps, the Endermolift head creates a vacuum and gently lifts the skin, allowing safe and thorough massage. Depending on the needs of the skin and the desired effect, the device performs a series of movements with a properly selected intensity. Vacuum and massage stimulate fibroblasts, which are responsible for the production of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. What does the LPG Alliance endermology procedure look like?
Before starting the procedure, we carry out a detailed health historyto exclude any contraindications. In palpation, we evaluate the quality of the skin, and thanks to this we precisely select the appropriate treatment parameters. We also carry out measurements and pre-treatment photos, so that after the finished series, you can carefully evaluate the effects of the endermology procedure.
For the duration of the procedure, the patient puts on a special Endermowear™ outfit. Its material adheres perfectly to the skin, so it is easier for the specialist to move the treatment head - and achieve the desired effects of the treatment. It also provides comfort to the patient. Endermowear™ is designed for personal, reusable use.
Depending on the number of problem areas, the patient can choose a shorter, limited program — 20 minutes (FOCUS) or full, 40 minutes. Selected parts of the body are massaged for a certain period of time, according to the prepared plan, e.g.:
- • FOCUS Program — a total of 20 minutes; the cosmetologist together with the client selects parts of the body and schedules the time of the procedure (for example, 10 minutes for the abdomen and sides).
- • Full program — 5 minutes each for the shoulders and buttocks, 10 minutes for the abdomen, 20 minutes for the thighs: front and back (40 minutes total).
During the procedure, the head sequentially sucks and releases the skin fold. Rollers rotate around their axis, as well as relative to each other. Thanks to this technology, the device deeply kneads and massages the skin in different directions. In this way, it stimulates circulation and metabolism and stimulates. Thanks to the possibility of adjusting the parameters, the procedure is comfortable for the patient.

Recommendations before and after the procedure
The effectiveness and safety of the endermology procedure also depend in part on the patient himself. Check out how to prepare and maximize the effects of the series.
- The procedure does not require special preparation — the patient can come to the office, for example, right after work.
- The skin in the treatment area should be clean and dry.
- For the duration of the procedure, the patient will wear the Endermowear™ received in our salon (for personal, reusable use).
- Immediately after the procedure, the patient will be able to return to normal daily activities - he does not have to postpone his plans.
- We recommend drinking plenty of water (minimum 2—2.5 liters per day) to speed up the elimination of toxins from the body.
- We recommend a light, low-fat diet; it is worth considering a menu with a slightly lower calorie content in relation to the need (faster reduction of body fat).
- We recommend daily physical activity for a minimum of 30 minutes — exercises support the effects of the treatment and work on the figure.
- In case of the appearance of hematomas or petechiae, preparations based on hirudin, heparin or arnica can be used.
How often should LPG ALLIANCE be performed?
The effects are visible after the first treatments. However, in order to achieve the desired, satisfactory results, we recommend a series of at least 10 treatments with a frequency of 2-3 times a week. Then we observe a significant smoothing of cellulite and reduction of localized fat tissue — and the loss of even a few centimeters in the girths.
However, the effectiveness of body shaping procedures depends on many factors, especially the regularity of repetitions, lifestyle, adherence to a low-calorie diet and the performance of recommended physical exercises. In addition, the individual conditions of the body, hormonal disorders or medications taken are of great importance.
What effects will you see and when?
After the first LPG Alliance treatment, the patient may notice a feeling of lightness and improvement in skin tone, tense muscles also relax.
After only 3 treatments (due to the stimulation of hyaluronic acid) the skin feels better hydrated and nourished. After a full series of 10 treatments, we observe the smoothing of cellulite, reduction of localized fat and loss of centimeters in the girths.
The skin becomes more elastic and firm, deeply moisturized and nourished - thanks to the stimulation of the production of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid.
