Laser tattoo removal - a precise, effective and safe procedure

Laser tattoo removal is performed using modern platform Alma Harmony XL Pro Special Edition and Q-Switch head. The treatment is quick and comfortable (the patient may feel only a slight burning sensation), and any redness and swelling of the skin subside quickly. For complete removal of the tattoo, the procedure must be repeated in 8-12 sessions. The effects are permanent.
What is the Alma Harmony XL Pro Special Edition Q-Switch?
Alma Harmony XL Pro Special Edition is an advanced laser platform of the latest generation from the well-known Israeli company Alma Lasers. One of its heads uses Q-Switch Nd:YAG technology. It is a fractional laser that emits short, intense pulses of light that precisely target the pigment (dye) of the tattoo. They break it down into tiny particles, which in turn naturally removes the body's lymphatic system.

Laser tattoo removal: indications and course of the procedure
Q-Switch Nd:YAG technology is widely used. It allows precise removal of discoloration, permanent makeup and uniform and colored tattoos — regardless of the type and color of the pigment. The treatment is safe for all skin typesHowever, not every person can do it. For laser tattoo removal, there are contraindications. We have included a full list of them at the bottom of the page, while they disqualify from the treatment, among others, tendency to keloids, active skin infections or sunburn.
Q-Switch Nd:YAG laser treatment is basically painless (we use anesthetic cream) and does not require a recovery period — possible redness and swelling go away very quickly. This is one of the few technologies that allows the procedure to be carried out also on sensitive parts of the body, such as the neck, chest, face or hands.
The procedure is relatively quick (takes about 30-60 minutes) and comfortable, while it must be repeated many times at appropriate intervals.
Laser tattoo removal: effects
The use of Q-Switch Nd:YAG technology allows complete and permanent removal of the tattoo. The risk of damage to the skin during the procedure is minimalbecause the laser beam is aimed precisely at the pigment. However, the effects of tattoo removal appear gradually, and the number of sessions necessary to carry out depends on several factors:
- the size and depth of the tattoo,
- the type and density of the dye,
- skin tone,
- location of the tattoo,
- individual reaction to the laser.
How much does it cost to remove a tattoo?

For tattoos larger than 10 cm, we prepare an individual quote. The procedures are carried out at relatively long intervals (several weeks), which allows you to conveniently distribute the cost of the process. When should you decide to remove a tattoo?
Removing an unwanted tattoo can be a big step towards a stronger sense of self-confidence and psychological comfort. The procedure is worth considering, in particular, if the tattoo:
- is flawlessly, unaesthetically made;
- is a source of shame, complexes or discomfort;
- causes stress or anxiety in professional or social situations;
- does not allow to close a certain chapter in life;
- is perceived negatively by the environment and causes problems with acceptance or takes away opportunities;

UniFace: radio waves for the face — Warsaw
As the only clinic in Warsaw, we have a UniFace head for the Alma Primex platform, that is, we can use radio waves (RF) on the face area.
UniFace head is designed to carry out firming therapy for the skin of the face, neck and décolleté. After a series of procedures, you can notice a reduction in wrinkles, a slight thinning of scars and an improvement in the oval of the face.
The radio wave with the highest power available acts on the collagen fiber mesh, heating it to a temperature of about 42°C. The massage tip ensures comfort during the procedure and better lymphatic drainage. Warming up the treatment area leads to immediate Decomposition of collagen fibers, which gives the effect of tightening and improving the quality of the skin without damaging the epidermis. The long-term result of the procedure is the stimulation of fibroblasts to produce new collagen and elastin.
Endermolift - endermology of the face, neck and décolleté
Endermolift: LPG head lymphatic drainage is a modern and effective way to improve the condition of the skin of the face, neck and décolleté. The LPG Alliance head stimulates the skin and stimulates the processes occurring in the cells, while not damaging the epidermis. Chin endermology is also very popular, among others, which helps to smooth and firm excess stubborn body fat.
Equipped with special caps, the Endermolift head creates a vacuum and gently lifts the skin, allowing safe and thorough massage. Depending on the needs of the skin and the desired effect, the device performs a series of movements with a properly selected intensity. Vacuum and massage stimulate fibroblasts, which are responsible for the production of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. Thanks to cellular stimulation, the skin becomes firmer, more elastic and smoother.

How is the laser tattoo removal procedure performed?
- Consultation — before starting the first procedure, the cosmetologist evaluates the tattoo and excludes (or confirms) contraindications. Some of them are temporary (e.g. fresh tan, active infection) — then the specialist recommends postponing the procedure and recommending an appropriate date.
- Preparation for the procedure. The cosmetologist cleans and disinfects the skin at the site of the tattoo. He also applies an anesthetic cream to the treatment area, which will provide the highest level of comfort (the only complaint reported by some patients is a slight burning sensation on the skin).
- Tattoo Removal — the cosmetologist directs a laser beam to work and carries out the procedure. The procedure lasts from 30 to 60 minutes depending on the size of the tattoo. After the procedure, the skin may be slightly reddened and swollen, but these symptoms quickly subside.
