OBSERV 520x is an innovative technology that changes the way skin is diagnosed. Using patented LEDs and specialized filters, the device provides an image of unprecedented quality. The ability to visualize in detail the structure of the skin and its deeper layers allows you to evaluate aspects such as the depth of wrinkles, the presence of hyperpigmentation, changes associated with rosacea or the overproduction of sebum. As a result, it becomes possible to adapt the ideal care strategy to the needs of each skin type.
- Daylight
The face is illuminated by natural, soft light that falls evenly from all sides. The face and its contours are evenly illuminated, without shadows or visible skin layers. This module provides a clear way to analyze the clinical face in natural light and provides an introduction to the diagnostic analysis.
- Surface structure
This image emphasizes the structure and unevenness of the skin surface. Early signs of aging, such as fine and deep wrinkles, furrows, visible pore structures and surface irregularities, and pigmentation spots — then everything becomes clearer and helps to understand the general condition of the skin. The surface structure also indicates specific problems arising from deeper layers of subcutaneous tissue. This allows for an accurate assessment, which can become the basis for developing an effective personalized care routine.
- Pigmentation
Uneven skin tone, including discoloration and discoloration of the complexion, greatly affect the visible age of a person. The term “hyperpigmentation” refers to areas with uneven skin pigmentation. There are several types of discoloration, the most popular of which are molasses, solar and post-inflammatory discoloration. By accurately measuring the size of discolorations, it becomes possible to develop a strategy to reduce them, regardless of whether they are due to UV radiation, aging or other factors.
- Network of Blood Vessels
Redness is often associated with sensitive skin and can be a chronic or temporary problem. It occurs when the natural protective barrier of the skin is violated, which causes water loss and facilitates increased penetration of irritants. Photos taken with the Observ 520x reveal abnormalities in the structure of the vessels and inflammation in the dermis.
- Parallel Polarization
By enhancing light reflections on the surface of the epidermis with the use of special optical filters, the surface reflection of the skin is significantly improved, due to which fine pore structure or shallow wrinkles become pronounced.
- Cross Polarization
In this mode, light reflections on the surface of the skin are suppressed, making its image more dull and the internal structures more sharpened. Small vascular details, redness or discoloration may be observed. In addition, inflammations are also very well visible, which helps in a detailed evaluation, e.g. of acne skin, in active or rosacea acne.
- Ultraviolet Light Mode
In this mode, a harmless dose of invisible UV light is emitted onto the skin. This makes it possible to visualize in detail the changes and disorders hidden under the surface of the skin.
- Wood's lamp
Some skin problems show specific fluorescence, which is why Wood's Lamp mode is extremely helpful in assessing the depth of discoloration of excessive sebum secretion or extremely dry areas. Also, fungal lesions show a specific color in this mode.
UniFace: radio waves for the face — Warsaw
As the only clinic in Warsaw, we have a UniFace head for the Alma Primex platform, that is, we can use radio waves (RF) on the face area.
UniFace head is designed to carry out firming therapy for the skin of the face, neck and décolleté. After a series of procedures, you can notice a reduction in wrinkles, a slight thinning of scars and an improvement in the oval of the face.
The radio wave with the highest power available acts on the collagen fiber mesh, heating it to a temperature of about 42°C. The massage tip ensures comfort during the procedure and better lymphatic drainage. Warming up the treatment area leads to immediate Decomposition of collagen fibers, which gives the effect of tightening and improving the quality of the skin without damaging the epidermis. The long-term result of the procedure is the stimulation of fibroblasts to produce new collagen and elastin.

Chin endermology is also very popular, among others, which helps to smooth and firm excess stubborn body fat.
Equipped with special caps, the Endermolift head creates a vacuum and gently lifts the skin, allowing safe and thorough massage. Vacuum and massage stimulate fibroblasts, which are responsible for the production of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. During the consultation 5 high-resolution photos are taken in 9 lighting modes and a detailed interview with the client is carried out, during which information is collected on, among others, existing skin problems, home care, lifestyle, eating habits or health status. The cosmetologist after a thorough analysis of the skin condition, develops a personalized treatment plan and selects home care.
The report with photos and the finished plan is sent to the client by e-mail.

The main relative contraindication is claustrophobia, since the study requires being in close contact with the device. In case of concerns related to this aspect, it is worthwhile to consult a cosmetologist in advance to dispel any doubts.
The initial interpretation of the photos is presented directly during the consultation. A detailed analysis of the results, including a report on the condition of your skin, an individual treatment plan and recommendations for home care, is sent to your e-mail address within 2 to 5 days.
