Microneedle mesotherapy is a procedure in which thousands of microtubules are hollowed out in the skin. Such deliberate and fully controlled microdamages strongly stimulate the natural repair processes of the skin. They thus help to soften and delay the aging processes of the skin, as well as to rebuild and regenerate it. The effects of the treatment are visible in the reduction of wrinkles and scars (acne, surgical) and in improving the texture and smoothing of the skin.

What is Skinpen: microneedle mesotherapy for men?
The effects of microneedle mesotherapy are appreciated by both women and men. This quick treatment helps to solve a number of problems, especially the lack of firmness of the skin and damage such as scars. The therapy consists of performing thousands of micro-punctures that stimulate skin regeneration (including the production of collagen and elastin). The treatment is most often performed on the face, neck and décolleté. We perform micro-punctures with the Skinpen medical device, we use for this purpose a disposable cartridge with 14 sterile microneedles.
The second, slightly different solution is needle mesotherapy. During this procedure, using a thin needle, we inject active ingredients into the skin, e.g. hyaluronic acid (the choice of active substances depends on the problem being solved). Various areas can be subjected to needle mesotherapy, including the scalp (it helps fight androgenic alopecia, among others).

Microneedle mesotherapy “before and after”
Immediately after the procedure, the skin is reddened and slightly swollen, and small crusts may also appear on it. As soon as it heals, after the first treatment it is clearly visible that it is smoother and more taut, it also has a more even color. Whereas to effectively reduce wrinkles and scars, you need to perform at least 3 treatments — but the effects of rejuvenation persist for many months.
After a series of treatments, the structure of the skin improves - it is smoother and more uniform. Fine wrinkles also disappear, and any acne or surgical scars are much less visible. The gallery of effects (photos before and after) is presented below.
At the first visit, we draw up a therapy plan (full microneedle mesotherapy for men). How many procedures, at what intervals and possibly how to supplement the therapy - all this is decided by the patient together with the cosmetologist. Full recovery takes about a week, but after 2 days you can return to daily activities. We recommend planning a few quieter days without important meetings, trips or increased activity.
Microneedle mesotherapy for men: contraindications and recommendations
Compared to laser or chemical treatments, microneedle mesotherapy has numerous advantages, such as rapid recovery or fewer contraindications. However, it is not a therapy for everyone. Infectious diseases, skin inflammations or retinoid therapy, as well as a fresh tan are disqualified from the procedure, among others.
A visit to our salon always begins with a consultation: our cosmetologist qualifies (or not) for the procedure. If necessary, we advise another form of therapy.
UniFace: radio waves for the face — Warsaw
As the only clinic in Warsaw, we have a UniFace head for the Alma Primex platform, that is, we can use radio waves (RF) on the face area.
UniFace head is designed to carry out firming therapy for the skin of the face, neck and décolleté. After a series of procedures, you can notice a reduction in wrinkles, a slight thinning of scars and an improvement in the oval of the face.
The radio wave with the highest power available acts on the collagen fiber mesh, heating it to a temperature of about 42°C. The massage tip ensures comfort during the procedure and better lymphatic drainage. Warming up the treatment area leads to immediate Decomposition of collagen fibers, which gives the effect of tightening and improving the quality of the skin without damaging the epidermis. The long-term result of the procedure is the stimulation of fibroblasts to produce new collagen and elastin.
Endermolift - endermology of the face, neck and décolleté
Endermolift: LPG head lymphatic drainage is a modern and effective way to improve the condition of the skin of the face, neck and décolleté. The LPG Alliance head stimulates the skin and stimulates the processes occurring in the cells, while not damaging the epidermis. Chin endermology is also very popular, among others, which helps to smooth and firm excess stubborn body fat.
Equipped with special caps, the Endermolift head creates a vacuum and gently lifts the skin, allowing safe and thorough massage. Depending on the needs of the skin and the desired effect, the device performs a series of movements with a properly selected intensity. Vacuum and massage stimulate fibroblasts, which are responsible for the production of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. Thanks to cellular stimulation, the skin becomes firmer, more elastic and smoother.

How is the Skinpen treatment done?
Before the procedure, we conduct a detailed consultation - in order for it to be completely safe, we must exclude contraindications. We also discuss the patient's expectations and possible results, we plan the therapy.
Next, the cosmetologist installs a sterile cartridge with 14 microneedles (disposable) on the Skinpen device and additionally secures them with a disposable sleeve. specialist disinfects the skin and applies a special gel to it. The procedure is comfortable, the patient does not experience “tugging” of the skin and does not feel pain. After the micropuncture is completed, a regenerating gel is applied to the skin of the face, which the patient also gets for home use. Recommendations before and after the procedure

- Leave isotretinoin preparations for 6 months before the procedure.
- One month before the procedure, avoid preparations based on retinol, vitamin A derivatives and strong chemical peels and highly exfoliating treatments.
- The skin undergoing the procedure should not be irritated - if necessary, postpone the appointment and start the appropriate treatment or care.
- Immediately after the procedure, the skin may be red and swollen - this is a natural phenomenon.
- Do not apply makeup for 24 hours after the procedure.
- Use the regenerative gel received from the cosmetologist.
- After 2 days, start using filter creams on a daily basis.
- Avoid the sauna, hot baths and intense physical exertion for a week after the procedure.
How often to do the Skinpen procedure?
As a rule, we recommend microneedle mesotherapy in a series of 3—6 treatments (cosmetologist will advise) carried out at intervals of 4 to 6 weeks. Full recovery takes about a week, but usually after 2 days you can return to daily activities. The skin immediately after the procedure is reddened and swollen. Scabs may also appear, which will gradually peel off.
What effects will you see and when?
Immediately after the procedure, the skin is reddened. In order to speed up its recovery, we perform an additional treatment with a Led TriWings lamp in the price of mesotherapy. After full healing, the skin is smoothed, and the appearance of pores, wrinkles and scars is also reduced.
After a series of 3—6 treatments, a marked reduction in wrinkles and scars is visible. The overall appearance and structure of the skin improves.
The effects of rejuvenation and improvement of the skin condition persist for many months.
