Alma Primex is an innovative technology that combines radio waves (radiofrequency - RF) and ultrasound, which effectively improves the appearance and health of the skin. The procedure is safe, painless and brings long-lasting results.
Thanks to the UniFace head, we are the only clinic in Warsaw to apply radio waves to the face. The effects of the treatment are, among others, the reduction of wrinkles and the lifting of the oval of the face. We also have an ultrasonic head: we emit ultrasound and radio waves to the thighs, buttocks or abdomen. Such a treatment reduces body fat and cellulite and provides a strong firming of the skin. We adapt the technology and scope of the procedure to the patient — his needs and expectations.
What is Alma Primex - RF treatment and ultrasound?
Alma Primex is an advanced platform combining radio wave and ultrasound technology that is used to perform effective and safe skin treatments. Radio waves are mainly responsible for stimulating the production of collagen and elastin, while ultrasound (high-frequency waves) deeply penetrate tissues, stimulate metabolism and regenerative processes.
Our Salon of Aesthetic Cosmetology in Warsaw has the Alma Primex platform and various heads, including the UniFace head designed to perform the procedure on the face area. Depending on the needs and expectations of the patient, we offer:
- Radio wave only — for body and/or face firming.
- Radio wave and ultrasound — for reduction of body fat and cellulite.
We also perform other similar treatments such as microneedle radiofrequency. The procedure with the use of radio waves and ultrasound stimulates the deep layers of the skin: it stimulates the metabolism and repair processes of cells.
Alma Primex combines two technologies in one treatment:
- UltraWave is a combination of transverse ultrasound technology, a very large applicator plate and a vacuum function. All this to ensure proper contact with the skin and better distribution of the wave in the tissue.
- UniBody combines high-energy UniPolar radio wave technology with a rotating massage head. The frequency of 40.68 MHz allows deep and homogeneous heating of the tissue.
Depending on the needs of the skin, we can perform the treatment using both heads or only one (RF and ultrasound or radio waves alone).
UniFace: radio waves for the face — Warsaw
As the only clinic in Warsaw, we have a UniFace head for the Alma Primex platform, that is, we can use radio waves (RF) on the face area.
UniFace head is designed to carry out firming therapy for the skin of the face, neck and décolleté. After a series of procedures, you can notice a reduction in wrinkles, a slight thinning of scars and an improvement in the oval of the face.
The radio wave with the highest power available acts on the collagen fiber mesh, heating it to a temperature of about 42°C. The massage tip ensures comfort during the procedure and better lymphatic drainage. Warming up the treatment area leads to immediate Decomposition of collagen fibers, which gives the effect of tightening and improving the quality of the skin without damaging the epidermis. The long-term result of the procedure is the stimulation of fibroblasts to produce new collagen and elastin.
Endermolift - endermology of the face, neck and décolleté
Endermolift: LPG head lymphatic drainage is a modern and effective way to improve the condition of the skin of the face, neck and décolleté. The LPG Alliance head stimulates the skin and stimulates the processes occurring in the cells, while not damaging the epidermis. Chin endermology is also very popular, among others, which helps to smooth and firm excess stubborn body fat.
Equipped with special caps, the Endermolift head creates a vacuum and gently lifts the skin, allowing safe and thorough massage. Depending on the needs of the skin and the desired effect, the device performs a series of movements with a properly selected intensity. Vacuum and massage stimulate fibroblasts, which are responsible for the production of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. Thanks to cellular stimulation, the skin becomes firmer, more elastic and smoother.

How is the Alma Primex treatment done?
Before the procedure, the cosmetologist conducts an interview with the patient. He rules out possible contraindications, listens to needs and expectations, predicts the effects and plans therapy.
We start the treatment by applying a special olive oil to the skin. Cosmetologist appoints the head of the device for the treatment area. It slowly moves it to evenly deliver the energy of radio waves and ultrasound. The procedure is painless and lasts from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the area. The patient feels intense heating, the desired temperature of the treatment zone is about 42°C — the cosmetologist constantly controls the parameters and reacts to the reported sensations.
After the procedure, the skin is slightly reddened, however, this condition lasts for a short time. The procedure does not require recovery — the patient can immediately return to work or other daily activities.
