Dermaquest Lipid Control Treatment restores the hydrolipid balance and optimal pH of the skin. The Dermaquest Lipid Control procedure consists of several steps: we cleanse the skin, apply two cheeses on it and a mask with stem cells. Successively we do massage with a mixture of as many as 10 vegetable oils and apply photoprotection (cream).
The hydrolipid barrier is strengthened after the first treatment, but it is worth doing a full series (6 treatments), which ensures long-lasting results.

Impaired hydrolipid barrier: cosmetics may not be enough!
The damaged hydrolipid barrier of the skin is both a symptom and the cause of many skin problems. These disorders are characteristic, for example, of AZS, but they can also occur as a result of, among others. excessive exfoliation of the epidermis, long exposure to the sun or deficient diet. Disorders of the hydrolipid barrier of the skin are most troublesome on the face — they cause loss of elasticity, dryness, changes or wrinkles.
The hydrolipid barrier (hydrolipid mantle, BHL) is a protective layer covering the epidermis that prevents excessive water loss and protects the remaining layers of the skin. The structure and composition of the hydrolipid barrier change during life, but its main components include:
- lipids and cholesterol,
- ceramides,
- free fatty acids,
- collagen and elastin,
- natural moisturizing agent (NMF),
- sebum and water.

Hydrolipid barrier: restoration with Dermaquest Lipid Control
One of the treatments that help restore the hydrolipid barrier of the skin is Dermaquest Lipid Control. The procedure involves the use of several preparations and many active ingredients that work synergistically (complement, strengthen) and repair the damaged hydrolipid mantle.
The procedure for restoring the hydrolipid barrier of the skin is performed on the face, neck and décolleté or the face itself.
The hydrolipid barrier restoration treatment involves the use of such components as:
- Linoleic acid — strengthens the intercellular cement, improving the integrity of the cells of the hydrolipid barrier. The application of linoleic acid helps to restore comfort to dry, dehydrated, sensitive and atopic skin. This substance accelerates the regenerative processes of the epidermis and protects the skin from the adverse effects of drying and dehydrating factors.
- Plant Stem Cells — help prevent signs of aging and support the physiological repair processes of the skin.
- Ferulic acid — prevents the appearance of erythema or hyperpigmentation, and also delays the aging process of the skin.
- Extract of Acmella Oleracea — called “herbal botox”, it has a muscle relaxant effect, reduces wrinkles and energizes the skin.
Dermaquest Lipid Control procedure enriched with relaxing massage combined with the application of as many as 10 organic oils (jojoba, Abyssinian, argan, sunflower, from baobab, sea buckthorn, borage, jasmine, from hemp seeds, from wild rose). The richness of lipids and other nutrients they contain intensively rebuilds and tones the skin, leaving it silky smooth and full of radiance.
UniFace: radio waves for the face — Warsaw
As the only clinic in Warsaw, we have a UniFace head for the Alma Primex platform, that is, we can use radio waves (RF) on the face area.
UniFace head is designed to carry out firming therapy for the skin of the face, neck and décolleté. After a series of procedures, you can notice a reduction in wrinkles, a slight thinning of scars and an improvement in the oval of the face.
The radio wave with the highest power available acts on the collagen fiber mesh, heating it to a temperature of about 42°C. The massage tip ensures comfort during the procedure and better lymphatic drainage. Warming up the treatment area leads to immediate Decomposition of collagen fibers, which gives the effect of tightening and improving the quality of the skin without damaging the epidermis. The long-term result of the procedure is the stimulation of fibroblasts to produce new collagen and elastin.
Endermolift - endermology of the face, neck and décolleté
Endermolift: LPG head lymphatic drainage is a modern and effective way to improve the condition of the skin of the face, neck and décolleté. The LPG Alliance head stimulates the skin and stimulates the processes occurring in the cells, while not damaging the epidermis. Chin endermology is also very popular, among others, which helps to smooth and firm excess stubborn body fat.
Equipped with special caps, the Endermolift head creates a vacuum and gently lifts the skin, allowing safe and thorough massage. Depending on the needs of the skin and the desired effect, the device performs a series of movements with a properly selected intensity. Vacuum and massage stimulate fibroblasts, which are responsible for the production of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. Thanks to cellular stimulation, the skin becomes firmer, more elastic and smoother.

How is the Dermaquest Lipid Control treatment performed?
- Consultation — we talk about needs and expectations, exclude (or confirm) contraindications, which include, for example, allergy or viral diseases. If necessary, we recommend a different, appropriate treatment.
- Cleansing the skin — two-stage. First we use an oil rich in vitamin E and A, jojoba oil, sweet almond oil and ubiquinone (the active form of coenzyme Q10), then DermaClear Cleanser gel with almond acid, papain, Neem extract, bromelain and tea tree oil. We carefully remove makeup and any impurities.
- Application of cheeses and masks. After thorough cleansing, we apply to the skin:
- Stem Cell Rebuilding Complex serum with linoleic acid, vitamins E and C, neodermil®, ferulic acid and alpine edelweiss stem cells;
- serum Essential B5 Hydrating Serum with low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, provitamin B5 and stem cells from common ivy and wild mallow;
- Stem Cell 3D Masque, rich in aloe leaf juice, alpine edelweiss and gardenia stem cells and Acmella Oleracea — muscle relaxant.
- Relaxing massage — massaging oils. We apply a complex of 10 oils to the mask. Gentle massage at the same time relaxes and allows you to effectively distribute the components that will successively fill the deficiencies in the lipid mantle and the entire stratum corneum of the epidermis.
- Applying a cream with a filter. We apply sunscreen SunAmor SPF 50, which provides effective protection against the harmful effects of sunlight. We encourage the use of high photoprotection on a daily basis and throughout the year.

- Use a moisturizer every day.
- Avoid highly exfoliating and irritating products (e.g. acids, cosmetics with alcohol) — especially right after the procedure. However, watch your care: strong exfoliation can violate the hydrolipid barrier.
- Consider the daily use of SPF 50 photoprotection (all year round).
How often should Dermaquest Lipid Control be performed?
We recommend doing once every six months a series of 6 treatments at intervals of 10-14 days. How long it takes to restore the hydrolipid barrier, how well it manages to be strengthened and how long the results last - it all depends on many factors. It is worth consulting with specialists about daily care and nutrition. The damaged hydrolipidic barrier must also be repaired from the inside. Adequate hydration and the participation in the diet of such components as unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins and minerals are important.
