Retinol: a facial treatment for mature and aging skin

Retinol with vitamin C (care treatment) is intended for skin with visible signs of aging and for “problematic” mature skin. Indications for the procedure include, among others. loss of firmness, wrinkles, uneven skin structure or a tendency to erythema and telangiectasia. Unfortunately, not everyone can do this procedure. They disqualify from the treatment, among others, damage to the epidermis, active acne lesions or inflammations, e.g. atopic dermatitis and allergy to retinol or another component of the preparations.

During the procedure, we act on several planes of the skin, hence we observe the high effectiveness of the procedure in the entire spectrum of indications for which retinol (treatment) was developed.

Retinol: effects before and after

The preparations used during the Retinol C Infusion Peel procedure contain complexes of active ingredients that complement and strengthen each other - and together contribute to the improvement of the skin condition. The main areas of application of the therapeutic program are:

• retinol for wrinkles (smoothing wrinkles and firming the skin by restoring collagen fibers);
• Retinol for hyperpigmentation (intensive exfoliation + regeneration = lightening of discoloration);
• retinol for the face with “problem” and tired skin (narrowing of pores, reduction of imperfections and improvement of color)

The treatment uses retinoids in the form beta-carotene (pumpkin origin) and pure retinol (4%), which strongly affect the proliferation of new skin support proteins: collagen and elastin. Retinoids also regulate the work of the sebaceous glands and improve the structure and color of the epidermis. The treatment also provides the skin with a large dose necessary for the production of collagen vitamin C, and it is in the most biologically active form. L-ascorbic acid (15%) contained in the applied preparations was additionally stabilized and strengthened by ferulic acid - a powerful antioxidant and a substance capable of repairing DNA.

One of the preparations used during the procedure introduces even into the skin newest biomimetic peptide hailed injection-free filler Wrinkles. Neodermyl® strongly stimulates the synthesis of type III collagen — that is, the one that rapidly disappears with age.
