LE CHARME Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

Regulations of gift vouchers of the clinic Le Charme Sp. z o. o., with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Stawki 6 lok. U3, 00-193 Warsaw, NIP 5252962184, valid from 22.10.2025.

§1 General provisions

1. These terms and conditions set out the rules for purchasing and redeeming gift vouchers offered by Le Charme, via the website www.lecharme.beauty.
2. A gift voucher is a document entitling you to use cosmetology services as well as aesthetic medicine services available in Le Charme offer.
3. The voucher cannot be used to purchase cosmetic products or other goods.
4. Purchasing a voucher constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

§2 Voucher purchase

1. Vouchers can only be purchased through the website www.lecharme.beauty.
2. Vouchers with certain denominations (e.g. 300 PLN, 500 PLN, 800 PLN 1000 PLN, 1200 PLN, 1500 PLN) or others indicated on the website are available.
3. After payment, the voucher in electronic form (PDF file with a unique code) will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.

§3 Validity of the voucher

1. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
2. After the expiry of the validity period, the voucher loses its validity and is not redeemable or refundable.

§4 Voucher realisation

1. The voucher can only be redeemed for cosmetology treatments or aesthetic medicine services included in the current offer of Le Charme.
2. In order to redeem the voucher, you must present it at the reception of the clinic or provide a unique code when booking an appointment online (if the booking system provides for such a function).
3. If the value of the selected treatment exceeds the value of the voucher, the Customer is obliged to pay the difference.
4. If the value of the treatment is lower than the value of the voucher, the difference is not refundable in the form of cash or other cash benefits. The remaining amount can be used for another treatment available in the offer, within the validity period of the voucher.
5. The voucher can be redeemed repeatedly until its nominal value is exhausted or until the expiry date of its validity.

§5 Terms of use

1. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or cosmetic products.
2. Vouchers are not refundable after purchase, subject to consumer law.
3. If the voucher is lost or made available to third parties, you lose the possibility of redeeming it; Le Charme is not responsible for this.
4. In case of cancellation of a voucher visit, the general booking policy at Le Charme will apply.

§6 Complaints

1. Complaints regarding the purchase or realisation of the voucher should be submitted to the e-mail address: recepcja@lecharme.beauty.
2. Complaints are considered within 14 days of their receipt.

§7 Personal data

1. The administrator of clients' personal data is Le Charme, with its registered office in Warsaw at Stawki 6 lok U3 street, NIP 5252962184.
2. Customers' personal data are processed in order to execute the order, issue an invoice and service the voucher in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.
3. Detailed rules of data processing can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the website www.lecharme.beauty.

§8 Final Provisions

1. Le Charme reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, but the changes do not affect vouchers purchased prior to the entry into force of the new version of the terms and conditions.
2. In matters not regulated by the Regulations, the provisions of Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act, shall apply.
